LDII Woman Forum, Sunday, January 17th, 2010



LDII Woman Forum is a media purposes to foster and strengthen LDII woman faith and fear to Allah based on Quran Hadith. LDII female municipality need to be contained in such exclusive forum since there are so many female / woman unique issues according to Islamic Rule. Menstrual, childbirth, pregnancy, suckling
baby, children development, and the household management are some typical of woman special problems.

Sunday, January 17th, 2010, LDII Sidoarjo opened a woman seminar placed at Mosque Baitul Makmur in the complex of LDII Islamic Boarding-school 'Al Barokah' Seruni Village, District Gedangan Sidoarjo. This seminar presented two speakers that are; Mrs. Pretty, former singer artist "Pretty Sister's Group", from Pondok Gede Jakarta and Mrs. Mamayu Utami, an expert and educational consultant from Pekayon Jaya Jakarta.

At the first session, Mrs. Mamayu Utami gave a paper about 'Psychology of Children Growth'. While Mrs. Pretty "Pretty Sister's" presented a paper theme 'Maintaining Family Harmony According to Islamic Rule'. In the opening speech, Mrs. Pretty expressed her thank feeling for she finds truly quiet and peace life after since 1980 she has been performing worship of Islam Religion together with LDII.

This event lasted from 09.00 - 11.30, and was attended by approximately 2.000 (two thousand) LDII Sdoarjo women and teenage daughters.
